1. Fragile Item Warning & Damage Claim Policy
All products are fragile. If any damage occurs after you sign for the parcel, please report it within 48 hours (required to provide photos of the parcel, damaged product, outer packaging, and shipping label). Claims made beyond 48 hours will not be accepted or processed, as we cannot determine the liability for damage after this timeframe. NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Inspection for Domestic Forwarder Warehouses
If the product is received and signed for by a domestic forwarder warehouse authorized by the buyer, the warehouse must inspect the goods upon receipt. Returns or exchanges are only supported if damage, deformation, missing items, or wrong items are found during inspection. Failure to inspect will be deemed as confirmation that the goods are in perfect condition by the forwarder. Any issues (including but not limited to damage, deformation, missing items, wrong items) arising after re-shipping will not be accepted or processed.
Important Note
All products undergo strict quality control before shipment. However, ceramic products are rarely 100% flawless, and the following phenomena may occur due to normal production processes, which are NOT considered defects:
Black spots, small pits, uneven gilding, glue marks, imperfect bottom labels, bubbles, pinholes, minor scratches, and slight glaze/chip loss on the bottom, etc.
These are normal traces of the production process and will not affect the use or overall appearance. Please confirm that you can accept these before placing your order!
